ph58bet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph58bet will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
ph58bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph58bet reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
You may close your ph58bet account at any time by contacting ph58bet customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the closure of your account.
